What this covers
This policy covers weekscribe.in, our public website. The dashboard at admin.weekscribe.in needs its own storage to keep you signed in; that is described in our privacy policy.
What we store
This site sets no cookies of its own. It keeps two small values in your browser's local storage, and loads one analytics script only if you allow it.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| ws-theme | Local storage, necessary | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. | Until you clear it |
| ws-consent | Local storage, necessary | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. | Until you clear it |
| Vercel Analytics | Script, analytics | Counts page views and referrers so we know which pages are read. It does not use cookies or follow you to other sites. | Loaded only after you accept |
Your choice
Analytics stays off until you press Accept on the banner. You can change your mind at any time from in the footer of every page.
If you withdraw consent after accepting, the page reloads so the analytics script is no longer running.
Browser controls
Clearing this site's data in your browser removes both stored values. You will see the banner again on your next visit, and the theme will follow your system setting.
